About Lester Witherspoon

I have been a Realtor since February 2006 and I am licensed in Virginia and Maryland. I have worked with numerous buyers and sellers over the years and have gained a lot of experience. I am a trained and experienced realtor and I am willing, ready and able to work with you or anyone you may know who is thinking about buying or selling now or in the near future.  I pride myself on my attention to details and my unwaivering standard of honestly and integrity. I always put my clients' best interest first and foremost in every transaction.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR). I am also a Lifetime Member of the Cardinal Club of Samson Properties. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Admininstration and Masters in Community Counseling. I am a trained and experienced Realtor with sixteen (16) years of experience.

My personal plilosophy is that, the best real estate experience a client can enjoy starts with building a solid relationship with the client based on mutual trust and an open line of communication.  I am fully aware that every buyer and seller has unique needs and concerns that should be addressed accordingly and I do everything possible to adequately address their needs and concerns to make the process both profitable and enjoyable.
